Comprising the essential components needed to capture and print high-resolution photographs, the Canon EOS Rebel T6i DSLR Camera with 18-55mm Lens and PIXMA PRO-100 Printer Kit from B&H includes the APS-C format camera, versatile zoom lens, and a wireless inkjet printer.
The EOS Rebel T6i features a 24.2MP APS-C CMOS sensor and DIGIC 6 image processor, which afford full HD 1080p video recording in multiple frame rates up to 30 fps along with manual exposure and audio level control. The processor and sensor combination also enables full-resolution stills shooting up to 5 fps, extended sensitivity to ISO 25600, and quickened focusing speeds using a 19-point all cross-type AF system. When recording video or shooting in live view, Hybrid CMOS AF III serves as a fast and intelligent focusing system that utilizes both phase- and contrast-detection methods. For touch control over focusing, as well as intuitive handling of camera settings and menu navigation, a 3.0" 1.04m-dot vari-angle ClearView II touchscreen LCD is available in addition to the traditional optical pentamirror viewfinder. Built-in Wi-Fi connectivity with NFC also enables instant sharing of images from the camera and permits remote control over the camera from linked mobile devices.
The EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 IS STM lens is included with the camera body to serve as a versatile everyday lens that encompasses a 35mm-equivalent focal length range of 28.8-88mm. The STM stepping motor helps to achieve near-silent focusing when used in conjunction with the Movie Servo AF mode and the optical image stabilization system helps to minimize the appearance of camera shake.
