The Remote Smoker is a digital remote smoker thermometer. It allows you to monitor the internal temperature of the meat up to 100 ft away. This unit has two probes - one to measure the meat, and one to measure the internal temperature of the grill. The smoker probes comes with a grill clip so you can easily attach it to any grill grate.
