Collezioni Close Up: Women Top & Blouse - 2 Issues - 1 Year

Product Description

Autumn/winter 2010/11 opts for tops and blouses made of delicate black lace and transparent chiffon fabrics, realising promises of a season set to be characterised by extreme femininity. A cross between traditional nineteenth century Victorian blouses and traditional Balkan folk costumes, shirts sport dainty boarding girl style collars. Dropped shoulders and roomy sleeves add shape and volume. Magnificent, seductive models characterised and completed with decorative rows of little buttons sewn on a shoulder and fabric flaps tied into neck bows. An austere mood fills the Philosophy by Alberta Ferretti, Yves Saint Laurent and Miu Miu catwalks. Translated through stiff, rather high, white shirt collars inspired by military uniforms and religious habits. By day, white cotton shirts crossed over, practically knotted, under the bust to leave one shoulder bare. By night, plays of profound transparency and nude-looks borrowed from the lingerie universe: lace blouses and bodies lit up with shiny dust for a tattoo effect, embellished with dainty ruche. Bolder, unconventional women opt for one shoulder tops in supple black nappa with sculpted necklines and super sex appeal. Lovers of more casual and sporty wear are offered check and tartan cloth shirts apparently lifted straight from a masculine wardrobe, together with over T-shirts embellished with maxi graffiti. Silk prints include more original, less pedantic animal patterns, plus abstract, almost psychedelic motifs and florals referring to the foulard universe. images: more than 800
